About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivate and maintain senior client relationships across priority pharma, biotech, and medtech accounts
  • Engage clients in problem-solving conversations, providing insights and asking the right questions
  • Support practice leadership in preparing for client meetings and follow-ups
  • Represent CF at industry events, contributing intellectually
  • Lead the development of CF's propositions and proposals in collaboration with team members
  • Manage the BD pipeline, ensuring clarity on ongoing opportunities
  • Build thought leadership and ensure effective deployment of insight pieces
  • Direct and develop the BD team, embedding AI tools in working practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep, practical knowledge of the life sciences sector
  • Strong expertise in market access, medical affairs, and commercial functions
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop a portfolio of senior client relationships
  • Significant experience in business development or consulting in the healthcare space
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to frame strategic insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing proposals with a focus on quality and positioning
  • Comfort using digital platforms for pipeline management and commercial intelligence
