Key responsibilities & impact

Support Project Managers and senior staff by leading the development of design layouts and frameworks across multiple projects
Provide mentorship and oversight to Intermediate and Junior Designers
Lead the development and refinement of drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
Coordinate directly with developers, architects, and clients
Guide the creation of space layouts that maximize functionality and comfort
Develop and present sophisticated design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
Direct the selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
Confirm that all designs meet applicable codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
Lead consultant coordination and guide construction administration efforts for interiors scope
Actively support the management of complex project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an interior design firm
Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and industry-relevant technical knowledge
Skilled in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams across project phases
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Applies strong written and verbal communication skills
Open to engaging in firm-wide initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
