About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing technical guidance and growth opportunities

  • Foster collaboration between tax and wealth teams and help shape organizational culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active CPA license is required
  • Master’s Degree in Taxation or MBA preferred
  • 5–10 years of recent public accounting experience focused on federal individual, fiduciary, and small business tax returns
  • Experience preparing C-Corp, S-Corp, and partnership tax returns
  • 2 or more years of management experience in a CPA or tax practice
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates
  • Ability to deliver quality work under tight timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Up to 5% travel
