About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside Wealth Managers during the transition and conversion from prospect to client
  • Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Serve as a client point of contact, addressing inquiries, coordinating requests, and guiding clients through services
  • Liaise between clients, Wealth Managers, and internal and external support teams
  • Manage new-client onboarding, including documentation collection, CRM data entry, and account openings
  • Prepare and organize materials for client signings and notarizations
  • Review executed client documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure CRM and custodial account data meet client plan goals
  • Manage daily client requests, account updates, transactions, and rollovers
  • Manage and review client data storage, documentation, and transactions according to internal compliance policies
  • Assist with training new Client Service hires
  • Monitor process improvements to elevate client experience and departmental efficiency
  • Develop and train employees on existing and new Client Services technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management or customer support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and account management processes is a plus
