Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
Define project objectives and oversee quality control.
Be responsible for invoicing and managing accounts receivable.
Represent CESO in all project related communications with clients.
Mentor personnel, including project managers and design team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field is preferred; Or 15 years related experience and/or training is required.
Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) is preferred.
PMP certification is preferred.
Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma.
