About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch
Ensure efficient operations, strong customer service, and effective execution of the inside sales function
Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams
Partner closely with the regional sales organization to support customer growth and account development
Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff
Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and pay recommendations
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Manage the branch budget and financial goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate branch-level needs and ensure alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations.
