About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch
  • Ensure efficient operations, strong customer service, and effective execution of the inside sales function
  • Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams
  • Partner closely with the regional sales organization to support customer growth and account development
  • Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff
  • Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and pay recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Manage the branch budget and financial goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate branch-level needs and ensure alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
  • Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations.
