About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch
Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams
Partner with Sales leadership to align on sales targets for Inside Sales execution
Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders
Resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional service
Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry
Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred
Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations
