About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch.
  • Ensure efficient operations, strong customer service, and effective execution of inside sales function.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams.
  • Partner closely with the regional sales organization to support customer growth and account development.
  • Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on product promotions, training, and inventory strategy.
  • Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, and profitability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
  • Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations.
