About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch.
Ensure efficient operations, strong customer service, and effective execution of inside sales function.
Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams.
Partner closely with the regional sales organization to support customer growth and account development.
Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate on product promotions, training, and inventory strategy.
Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, and profitability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations.
