Key responsibilities & impact

Provide client support via videoconference for validation and issuance of digital certificates;
Strictly follow the current customer-service script during videoconferences to verify the identity of digital certificate holders;
Use required platforms and systems to validate holder data during and after videoconferences to ensure correct issuance of digital certificates;
Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Comfortable with technology and digital tools;
Experience in customer service;
Must reside in Curitiba (PR).
