About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide client support via videoconference for validation and issuance of digital certificates;
- Strictly follow the current customer-service script during videoconferences to verify the identity of digital certificate holders;
- Use required platforms and systems to validate holder data during and after videoconferences to ensure correct issuance of digital certificates;
- Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools;
- Experience in customer service;
- Must reside in Curitiba (PR).
