About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct proactive prospecting and handle leads generated through various channels;
- Qualify business opportunities by identifying customer profile, needs and conversion potential;
- Present digital certificate solutions consultatively, prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations;
- Manage and update opportunities in the CRM, tracking all stages of the sales funnel;
- Execute strategic follow-ups, working to overcome objections and close sales;
- Ensure correct handling of customer activation and onboarding processes;
- Build and maintain relationships with the customer portfolio, identifying opportunities for retention, renewals and new sales;
- Support commercial campaigns and relationship activities to drive results and customer loyalty.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields;
- Previous experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR or commercial roles;
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously;
- Experience in technology companies, SaaS or B2B services is a plus.
