About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development squads technically, promoting excellence in software engineering;
Define and evolve architectures (microservices, event-driven, REST/GraphQL APIs);
Work hands-on in development with Java/Kotlin (backend) and React (frontend);
Ensure quality standards, automated testing and best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD);
Define and evolve internal frameworks, accelerators and development standards;
Support critical technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs and risks;
Perform code reviews and mentor mid-level/senior developers;
Collaborate with Product, DevOps and Security teams to ensure consistent deliveries;
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, observability and performance;
Contribute to defining system modernization and scalability strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Computer Engineering or related fields;
Strong experience as a developer and/or Tech Lead;
Strong knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin (Spring Boot, Quarkus or similar);
Experience with React and modern frontend architecture;
Experience with distributed systems architecture and microservices;
Knowledge of architecture patterns (DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal);
Experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and system integration;
Practice with automated testing (unit and integration);
Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP);
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices;
Technical leadership and mentoring skills.

Experience with messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
Knowledge of Kubernetes and containers;
Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing);
Experience in high-scale environments;
Knowledge of application security.
