About the role

  • Lead **discovery and research processes** with internal and external developers, business stakeholders and technical teams to identify needs, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Map user journeys, flows and friction points in the experience of integration, API usage and metrics tracking.
  • Create and evolve experiences across our platforms, ensuring clear, consistent and efficient experiences, including documentation, guides, examples, prototypes, benchmarks and usability best practices for developers.
  • Design product interfaces with a focus on clarity, information hierarchy and data-driven decision making.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes and UX/UI specifications (low, medium and high fidelity), supporting the engineering team during implementation.
  • Define and monitor, together with the product team, **experience and usability metrics**, including platform usage indicators and dashboards.
  • Work collaboratively with **product, engineering, data and CX** teams to ensure alignment with the strategic vision and consistency of deliveries.
  • Contribute to the evolution of patterns, components and UX best practices applied to technical products and internal platforms.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a **Senior UX Designer**, working on complex digital products, B2B platforms or technical tools.
  • Experience with design and usability testing tools (Figma, Maze, Miro, Adobe, etc.).
  • Knowledge of **UX research methods, usability testing and user validation**.
  • Familiarity with **LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)**, information security and audit considerations as they apply to digital experience design.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical and business needs into clear, well-structured experience solutions.
