About the role

Execute procurement and contracting processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with the company's Purchasing Policy and Procedures;
Conduct negotiations with suppliers across different categories (IT, Infrastructure, Hardware, Software, Marketing, Facilities, Legal, among others), applying Strategic Sourcing methodology;
Review and validate purchase requisitions, ensuring adherence to specifications and guidelines;
Prepare competitive bidding processes (RFP, invitation letter) and liaise with internal clients;
Source and support supplier qualification/approval in alignment with Compliance;
Create and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring approvals, deadlines and agreed commercial terms;
Support the formalization of contracts and contract amendments with Legal, acting as an interface between supplier, internal client and the Legal department;
Track receipt, verification and posting of invoices;
Support internal users and ensure governance of Purchasing processes;
Monitor indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Process Management or related fields;
Experience in Purchasing;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Experience with the Protheus ERP system is desirable.
