About the role
- Conduct client service via videoconference for the issuance of digital certificates;
- Strictly follow the current service script during videoconferences to identify digital certificate holders;
- Operate systems through mandatory platforms to validate holders' data during and after videoconferences in order to ensure the issuance of digital certificates;
- Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools;
- Must reside in Ilhéus, Bahia (BA);
- *Desired:* experience as a Registration Agent or other role at a company in the digital certification sector.
