About the role
- Handle inbound lead inquiries, ensuring prompt and assertive contact with potential customers;
- Qualify leads for the sales team, ensuring opportunities are mature for commercial outreach;
- Maintain efficient and organized lead follow-up, ensuring the CRM is kept continuously updated;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize prospecting and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably as an SDR or in related roles;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactivity and a desire to learn and grow in sales;
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
- **Differentials:**
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or ExactSales;
- Knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn and Apollo.
