Collaborate with the product and UX teams to build personas and user journeys for digital identification processes, considering aspects such as biometrics and onboarding flows;
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data to identify problems and opportunities to improve the user experience;
Develop wireframes, mid- to high-fidelity prototypes, and complex flows, ensuring visual consistency, adherence to usability standards, and a focus on secure, frictionless experiences;
Evaluate the user experience through usability testing, behavioral metrics, and feedback, proposing continuous improvements—especially for identification and authentication flows;
Actively participate in all stages of the design cycle together with Senior UX and the product team (research, ideation, prototyping, and validation);
Support discovery activities such as interviews, heuristic analysis, data analysis, mapping digital onboarding journeys, information architecture, and persona creation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design or a related field;
Experience in UX/UI, Design Thinking, usability, and prototyping;
Experience with Figma, Jira, Miro, and Maze.
