About the role

  • Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals
  • Follow up with prospects and close projects
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with customers
  • Manage residential painting projects from start to finish
  • Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain field team members
  • Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with sales, office, and production teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Set, meet, and exceed performance goals

Requirements

  • 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Sales or construction/painting experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed
  • Spanish speaking a plus but not required
