About the role
- Revenue growth: Lead sales initiatives across CERTANIA Group portfolio companies, including lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Develop sales structures and systems.
- Improve pipeline visibility and data transparency.
- Establish and manage professional sales controlling.
- Develop and implement a systematic value-creation framework with levers in pricing, sales, cost management, digitization and operational excellence.
- Work directly with portfolio company management teams to plan, implement and manage specific performance initiatives.
- Support and lead turnaround and restructuring measures in close coordination with local entrepreneurs.
- Co-responsible for measurable results – focus on execution rather than concepts.
- Act as a sparring partner and coach for founders and technical CEOs on strategic, organizational and financial matters.
- Manage post-merger integration (PMI) of new acquisitions across organization, governance, systems and culture.
- Develop a scalable integration playbook for future acquisitions.
- Ensure the rapid integration of new companies into the CERTANIA structure and the realization of planned synergies.
- Identify and realize group-wide synergies (e.g., procurement, IT, shared services, talent, sales).
- Support the CEO in building a scalable European organizational structure.
- Design and prepare high-quality management and investor presentations (e.g., for advisory board, shareholders, banks and potential acquisitions).
Requirements
- Degree in business, engineering or related fields; MBA preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger) or within a corporate group with responsibility for transformation, integration or operational performance.
- Proven track record in turnaround, integration or transformation programs.
- Combination of analytical strength, implementation discipline and leadership ability.
- Experience working with and supporting founders and technically oriented entrepreneurial personalities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills: conceptual strength, storylining and PowerPoint proficiency at consulting level.
- Experience in the TIC sector or related industrial services is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
