About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement scalable API integration frameworks (legacy, GraphQL, or REST) that connect customer systems with our services, including reusable frameworks and components.
Work with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Create detailed technical specifications and integration documentation.
Optimize integrations for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background in enterprise system integrations and building scalable SaaS products and integration frameworks.
Expert knowledge of Python, Django, DRF, Celery, and PostgreSQL, with experience in webhooks, event processing, and asynchronous architectures.
AWS and cloud infrastructure expertise (including the AWS Serverless Framework), strong system design and architecture capabilities, and experience testing and debugging distributed systems.
Ability to understand and work with AI service integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
Experience integrating AI/ML services into production applications and knowledge of common AI integration patterns and best practices, plus a background working with enterprise clients and startup experience.
