About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise multinational businesses across various industry verticals on transfer pricing matters
- Support clients throughout the transfer pricing life cycle, from design and implementation to compliance, documentation, and audit defence
- Manage and develop a team of tax specialists
- Coach and develop team members to deliver individual and team objectives
- Support Partners and Directors in implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities
- Build and manage internal and external networks to generate fee-winning opportunities
- Support pitches
- Lead assignments where appropriate or support Directors and Partners in this role
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships
- Deliver excellent client service with limited support from superiors
- Invest in personal development, achieve scorecard objectives, and obtain regular feedback
- Act with integrity and in line with the firm’s organisational values
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified ACA, CTA, or ATT
- Demonstrable experience at Manager level or above
- Commercial awareness
- Strategic thinking and business-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Eagerness to learn and develop self and others
- Experience managing projects day-to-day with limited supervision from leadership
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
