About the role
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows across GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, CS, billing).
- Build scalable automations using tools like Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, or native APIs. Optimize routing, enrichment, signaling, and lifecycle logic.
- Create AI-powered automations, copilots, and agents to support Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Identify high-impact processes for AI and build LLM-based tools using APIs, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.
- Implement advanced CRM logic (custom objects, validation, scoring, triggers, flows).
- Support scalable design decisions and maintain documentation and technical specs.
- Build and manage data pipelines across GTM systems and the warehouse.
- Improve data hygiene through automated monitoring and ensure integrations follow reliability/observability best practices.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Partner with Sales/CS/Marketing to identify workflow gaps. Lead projects from design to deployment and collaborate with RevOps to ensure clear metrics and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps engineering, systems engineering, sales/marketing ops engineering, or similar technical roles.
- Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is ideal).
- Hands-on experience with automation/integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, tray.io, Make or similar).
- Solid API skills (REST APIs, JSON parsing, webhook logic).
- Ability to design reliable, scalable workflow architectures.
- Understanding of GTM processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline stages, opportunity management, account hierarchy, etc.)
- Experience with SQL or basic scripting.
