  • Continuously measure and improve how personalization drives engagement, knowledge gain, and caregiver confidence
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential partnerships that meaningfully extend Ceresti’s offering and improve the caregiver experience
  • Own partner relationships from sourcing through integration, ensuring partnerships ladder back to a coherent caregiver experience
  • Partner with legal, clinical, operations, and engineering teams to scope integrations and launch new partnerships
  • Continuously evaluate the partner portfolio and prune or expand based on caregiver value and strategic fit
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering and content teams

  • Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while maintaining high standards for clarity, quality, and usability
  • Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous
  • Collaborate deeply with clinical, coaching, operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure content and partner experiences align with real-world caregiver needs
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to define content, engagement, and personalization metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions
