Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work with the Finance & Accounting team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help drive the direction of Cerebral’s growth
• Enable senior leadership to make better business decisions
• Work closely with senior leadership to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic business initiatives
• Own and update the company's weekly and monthly financial operating model
• Help prepare and maintain our monthly financial reporting which provides key insights and financial performance metrics to management
• Partner with Accounting to align on the various corporate expenses to ensure accuracy of corporate reporting
• Assist in researching payables and collaborate with department leaders to help manage their vendor relationships
• Monitor operations team processes to ensure alignment with budget and to find potential cost-savings opportunities
• Work with key stakeholders to identify and execute across a variety of new initiatives related to RPA, Product, third-party systems and and cross-team process efficiencies
• Collaborate with product team on impact assessments for Operations feature requests

Senior Financial Analyst

Therapist

• Supervise a pod of up to 5-6 Therapy Associates (may vary by state)
• Provide high-quality supervision for psychotherapy services with a focus on clinical decision-making, and measurable outcomes
• Perform key administrative functions, including scheduling mandatory meetings, interviewing supervisees, and tracking hours
• Lead your supervisees in reflecting on client sessions, further developing their clinical decision-making skills, and evaluating clinical outcomes through review of intake notes, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes
• Support supervisees in their engagement with the Cerebral Institute programming and resources aimed at enhancing their knowledge, expertise, and clinical decision making skills.
• Supporting and assisting clinicians in the use of measurement-informed care tools and ongoing clinical evaluation
• Commit to quality and professionalism in every clinical interaction
• Create your own flexible schedule (scheduled time must fall within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per your specific timezone)
• Dedicate consistent weekly hours of availability for clinical supervision
• Ability to align your supervision schedule with your supervisees
• Work directly with clients through hosting 60-minute individual, couples, group, and/or family sessions (optional)
• Stay up to date on your state’s supervision requirements
• Attend monthly meetings with the Director, Behavioral Care Supervision
• Join monthly company-wide Town Halls to stay connected and informed, or view the recording if unable to attend live

Principal Therapist – Supervisor

Product Designer

• Focus on two of the most important aspects of our experience: communicating our product offerings to our clients and bringing them in the door.
• Work across the marketing and growth pillars at the top of the funnel to strategically create, design and test new ideas that can help drive the business forward.
• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and marketing.
• Area of ownership will include the marketing site, email and all forms of user communication, and landing pages.
• Report to the VP of Product and will be embedded in the product design team, which has a lean, close-knit design culture in a fully remote setting.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services (60-minute individual, couples, group, and/or family sessions) with a focus on clinical decision making and measurable outcomes
• Participate in supervision to reflect on client sessions, explore transference and countertransference, further develop clinical decision-making skills, and evaluate clinical outcomes through review of intake notes, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes
• Commit to quality and professionalism in every client interaction — professional presence on camera, clear communication, and rapid rapport building in telehealth
• Complete training: two-week structured program delivered live online (12–2 pm ET) plus asynchronous assignments, and ongoing learning through the Cerebral Institute
• Create your own flexible schedule (scheduled time must fall within 6:00am to 11:30pm per your specific timezone)
• Maintain required availability: minimum 15+ weekly hours and one evening or weekend shift per week for the first year
• Build and maintain caseload growth to at least 50 sessions per month by week 20 and thereafter
• Document with rigor and efficiency—complete treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments promptly, submitting all session documentation within 48 hours
• Actively participate in monthly Amplified Learning Series sessions and live/self-paced courses offering continuing education credits
• Collaborate with care team and other clinicians to positively impact client outcomes and participate in monthly company-wide Town Halls

Therapy Associate

Artificial Intelligence

• Own and scale our data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Looker) to ensure high-quality, reliable data pipelines
• Integrate third-party systems (EHRs, payors, marketing, operations, and product tools) into a unified data ecosystem
• Implement best practices for governance, compliance, and security, especially within healthcare/PHI environments (HIPAA)
• Define and maintain a source of truth for key business and clinical metrics (patient outcomes, engagement, provider productivity, financial KPIs)
• Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights to guide decision-making across the leadership team and board
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams to enable data-driven experimentation, forecasting, and continuous improvement
• Develop and own Cerebral’s AI/ML strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance care delivery, clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape the roadmap for AI-enabled products (clinical decision support, patient engagement, automation)
• Translate advancements in generative AI and predictive analytics into safe, ethical, and compliant applications in mental health care
• Build and scale a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists
• Serve as the executive thought partner for data and AI strategy, guiding leadership on opportunities and risks
• Foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the organization
