About the role

  • Build and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
  • Implement secure OAuth 2.0 / Entra ID authentication and token validation.
  • Design asynchronous API and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Develop Azure Functions for orchestration and integration.
  • Configure Azure Front Door & WAF for secure perimeter access.
  • Implement private networking for integration services.
  • Work with Blob Storage, Event Grid, and secure data flows.
  • Ensure monitoring, logging, and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Strong Azure Networking experience (critical): VNets, subnets, NSGs
  • Private Endpoints / Private Link
  • APIM VNET injection (external mode)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong experience building Azure Functions.
  • Experience with Azure Front Door & WAF.
  • Event-driven architecture using Event Grid.
  • Secure service-to-service access using Managed Identities & Key Vault.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC and secure integration patterns.
