• Define and frame business problems in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure user-centred solutions.
• Develop and maintain product strategy aligned to lifecycle stage and organisational priorities.
• Set product direction and priorities within a multidisciplinary team.
• Work closely with digital, data and operational teams to ensure effective product support and sustainability.
• Build commercially sound business cases linked to user needs and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure products align with Government Digital standards and public sector best practice.

Consultant

• Design, develop, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 Online (CE) solutions
• Build and implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations
• Develop secure, high-quality, maintainable D365 solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Support testing, release, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (Senior level)
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
