About the role

  • Develop and produce interactive/online technical documentation.
  • Supervise content development and integration efforts.
  • Utilize XML authoring tool sets.
  • Interpret operational/maintenance manuals and operational procedures for Navy Combat Weapon systems.
  • Develop US Military Weapons Control System technical documentation products.

Requirements

  • Must have five years (5) of experience developing and producing interactive/online technical documentation.
  • Two (2) years demonstrated experience supervising content development and integration efforts.
  • Two (2) years demonstrated experience using XML authoring tool sets.
  • Experience using browser-based languages including Extensible Markup Language (XML), Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret operational/maintenance manuals and operational procedures for Navy Combat Weapon systems.
  • Direct experience with development of US Military Weapons Control System technical documentation products.
  • Education: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
