• Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of financial transactions;
• Perform daily and weekly reporting of financial transactions ensuring that amounts are posted correctly;
• Daily activity monitoring;
• Incidents handling, escalation and monitoring;
• Responsibility over merchant’s accounts;
• Reconciliation of extracted data from the platform;
• Monitor business control dashboards, activities and KPI’s;
• Liaise with other departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner;
• Adhere to internal procedures related to reconciliation and reporting activities;
• Monitor cashflow and issue reports for management’s review.
