About the role
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Supervise the daily operations of the Leasing teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Centurion-owned and operated properties.
- Conduct property visits and implement strategies to address leasing challenges.
- Analyze weekly traffic reports to identify leasing opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
- Minimum 8 years experience marketing with a focus on leasing within the real estate and/or investment industries;
- No less than 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing/advertising strategies for a national portfolio;
- Well-connected in the marketing industry;
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills;
- Strong project management skills;
- Excellent command of MS Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, CMS, and HTML.
