About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Cents OS — the platform that runs the day-to-day of every store.
Manage the in-store experience powered by Cents POS.
Streamline daily workflows from intake to pickup — order processing, tracking, and status.
Provide owners with visibility to manage operations remotely through Cents Business Manager.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead agile development with engineering and design teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience, ideally building SaaS products for small and medium-sized businesses or operationally complex environments.
Proven experience running agile development and leading teams through fast, iterative delivery cycles.
Experience working with on- and offshore engineering teams across time zones.
Proven ability to work across teams — engineering, design, sales, and support — and to align stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
Customer-obsessed instincts, with a track record of turning customer needs into products people love.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize, make decisions, and measure outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex topics clear.
