About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment processing.
Maintain general ledger, reconcile balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, accounts payable, others) and prepare journal entries.
Maintain vendor master data and enforce W-9/1099 compliance.
Assist with audit, tax preparation, and year-end closing.
Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software, specifically, NetSuite, Ramp, Airbase, Avalara, SalesForce and others.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
