About the role
- Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for competitiveness and viability
- Develop RFP and marketing presentations based on carrier insurance proposals
- Work closely with internal sales team to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Maintain accurate records in client-management software
- Provide back-up support for Senior Analysts
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience working for a group health/life insurance carrier or broker
- Be intuitive, smart, growth-minded, and take initiative
- Achieve high levels of productivity while working remotely
- Industry fluency - know insurance
- Technically savvy: Excel knowledge is required
- Attention to detail and organization as superpowers
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to communicate professionally at all levels
- Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting client’s deadlines
- Thrive in a very fast-paced environment
