Software Engineer

• Provide strategic leadership to the Global Engineering Function, overseeing all Engineering Projects, Maintenance programs, and long-term asset management initiatives across the network.
• Lead global Process Safety governance, ensuring robust engineering standards, compliance, technical assessments, and uniform implementation of best practices across all sites.
• Drive the Operational Technology (OT) and digital transformation agenda, enabling modernization, automation, and enhanced connectivity to support efficiency, data integrity, and future-ready operations.
• Strengthen asset reliability and performance, oversee capital planning and execution (CapEx), and build engineering capability through global frameworks, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and functional support to engineering teams across 8 manufacturing sites in India, China, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and consistent engineering performance worldwide.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with site and corporate teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational excellence
