About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue (ARR) targets
  • Drive new logo acquisition within defined target accounts and industries
  • Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities across the Japan region
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases
  • Build and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM management
  • Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers across business and technical functions
  • Understand customer challenges related to product data, eCommerce, and digital transformation
  • Position PXM solutions as strategic enablers of business outcomes
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with partners including system integrators and digital agencies
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts in Japan
  • Experience in Product Experience Management (PXM), PIM, DAM, MDM, or related domains
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and omnichannel ecosystems
  • Established network within retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and accountability.
