Senior Account Executive, PXM
Centric SoftwareAccount Executive driving new business acquisition with a focus on Product Experience Management in Japan. Managing the full sales cycle and engaging senior stakeholders in digital commerce strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue (ARR) targets
- Drive new logo acquisition within defined target accounts and industries
- Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities across the Japan region
- Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases
- Build and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline
- Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers across business and technical functions
- Understand customer challenges related to product data, eCommerce, and digital transformation
- Position PXM solutions as strategic enablers of business outcomes
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Collaborate with partners including system integrators and digital agencies
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts in Japan
- Experience in Product Experience Management (PXM), PIM, DAM, MDM, or related domains
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and omnichannel ecosystems
- Established network within retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of self-motivation and accountability.
