About the role

  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits

Requirements

  • Weekly in-person supervision
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing behavior plans
  • Ability to engage families in their child’s therapy
