Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience administering benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, and data reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
