About the role
- Design and maintain digital workplace solutions including endpoint management, collaboration tools, and self-service portals.
- Monitor and improve device performance, application accessibility, and user satisfaction.
- Implement automation for routine support tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and device provisioning.
- Integrate systems such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other SaaS platforms into daily workflows.
- Serve as primary contact for complex technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments.
- Collaborate with Help Desk and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve support processes.
- Ensure endpoint security, patch management, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead or support digital workplace initiatives such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and remote work enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint engineering, or digital workplace technologies.
- Expected proficiency (3+ years) with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Intune, SCCM, EntraID and collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency (3+ years) in scripting systems (PowerShell preferred) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Federation Services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ownership and results-driven attitude.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
