About the role

  • Develop and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, video, retail and multi-media channels.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to creative resources and agencies, elevating quality and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s brand standards and visual identity across all creative outputs.
  • Drive improvements/enhancements to the bank’s brand standards as creative needs/use cases continue to evolve.
  • Develop and enhance creative frameworks that enable faster, more efficient production
  • Lead the selection, onboarding, configuration of a digital asset management system.
  • Establish standards, taxonomy and creative governance to ensure assets are easily accessible, current, and brand-compliant.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive adoption and best practices for creative templates/asset usage.
  • Support the coordination and management of external creative vendors, agencies, photographers, videographers and freelancers.
  • Ensure external resources meet quality expectations, brand standards, production timelines and budget requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced creative projects.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or relevant creative production field
  • 10+ years of professional creative experience, with demonstrated leadership in brand management/evolution.
  • Expert level proficiency in professional creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience working with or maintaining a digital asset management tool.
  • Experience working within creative operation tools and workflow (Wrike experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful creative governance/frameworks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on translating strategic vision into effective creative assets.
  • Prior consulting or contract-based leadership is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence.
  • Adaptable and agile. Ability to pivot as priorities change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to successfully work independently and part as part of team.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Relevant Marketing or Project Management certifications
