Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise-wide communication platforms.
Includes systems such as messaging, paging systems, and clinical or operational communication solutions - e.g., Spok Software & Wireless, Emergency Alert system and Vocera.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience supporting enterprise communication platforms such as (do not have to have all of them) Operator Console, paging systems, messaging applications and healthcare communication platforms -e.g., Spok, Vocera, secure messaging solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
