About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Customer-Facing Teams to articulate CentralReach's value proposition, vision, and strategy
  • Own technical engagement with customers during evaluation phase
  • Support complex opportunities through competitive knowledge and technical skill
  • Deliver product and technical briefings/presentations to clients
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM
  • Communicate with customers and CentralReach teams regarding product feedback
  • Engage with CentralReach Product Council to shape product roadmap
  • Assist Product Team with certifications and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in ABA (Clinical or Practice Management)
  • Strong knowledge of current EHR and Practice Management solutions and technologies
  • Passion for educating customers on how CentralReach can be meaningful to their business
  • Hunger to help CentralReach sales and customers win
  • Experience thriving in a startup or similar environment
  • Ability to embrace aggressive goals
  • Natural curiosity and investment in learning about the sales process and solutions
  • Proficient in Sales CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good follow-through
