About the role

  • Work with Product Leadership to develop and refine the RCM product strategy.
  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
  • Define and prioritize features across RCM areas based on customer value and business impact.
  • Sit with engineering daily on scoping, trade-offs, sequencing, and delivery.
  • Take complex revenue cycle workflows and turn them into clear product requirements.
  • Manage dependencies across internal teams and products.
  • Build a strong relationship with the internal managed services team.
  • Work with UX, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful launches.
  • Define success metrics and use data to understand customer value and revenue impact.
  • Be the voice of the customer and user for your product area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience, with real exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management (provider-side, payer-side, or health tech).
  • Strong product fundamentals, with evidence of owning meaningful outcomes.
  • Experience thinking about business processes and how to automate or optimize them.
  • Solid analytical and data skills.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and communicate clearly.
  • You pick up complex or technical topics quickly.
