Francophone Business Developer – Restaurants & Hotels
CentralAppBusiness Developer promoting CentralApp solutions for restaurants and hotels mainly in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Engaging with clients through various channels and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **Relentlessly prospect for new clients across all channels** (phone, email, field visits, WhatsApp, events) leveraging your skills in prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- **Make the CentralApp platform shine** by positioning it as the indispensable tool for entrepreneurs.
- **Collaborate with our internal teams** to ensure a smooth and seamless client onboarding experience, from first contact through contract signing and the start of onboarding.
- **Partners in the spotlight**: maintain active communication and take part in field events/activities with our local partners and systems integrators.
- **Stay connected to the field**: gather valuable market insights and help evolve our offering to meet the specific needs of local clients.
- **Become CentralApp's ambassador in francophone markets** and proudly carry our mission: to make digital tools accessible and powerful for all SMEs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality sector**: you stay on top of industry trends and know where to find the best venues.
- **Good understanding of how local businesses operate**: you understand the challenges they face — we are here to support them!
- **Driven by human interaction across all communication channels and eager to support entrepreneurs' growth**: you demonstrate attentive listening and contagious energy.
- **Able to explain complex technological concepts clearly and engagingly**, and committed to making technology accessible to everyone.
- **Highly autonomous and disciplined**, while welcoming constructive feedback enthusiastically with a genuine mindset of continuous improvement.
- **Fluency in French is essential, and a good command of English is required**. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in the hospitality/restaurant sector or with SaaS solutions for local businesses is an advantage.
