General

• Undertaking planned and reactive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment across our property portfolio
• Coordinating with external contractors
• Building strong relationships with Central Kids Regional Managers, Head Teachers, contractors, local councils, and service providers
• Ensuring effective communication
• Involves a high level of vehicle travel across the central North Island within 47 kindergartens and 3 office sites, across 26 geographical locations throughout the Central North Island.
