About the role
- Work across the full People Management cycle, including Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Development and Organizational Climate
- Act as the HR focal point for leadership teams, supporting both operational and strategic HR needs
- Serve as the liaison for payroll information and other labor routines with outsourced accounting
- Support timekeeping control, hires, terminations, benefits and other personnel administration processes
- Contribute to updating internal policies, corporate communications and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Generalist experience in HR and payroll (personnel administration) processes
- Knowledge of labor legislation and people management best practices
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and an analytical mindset
- Experience working with outsourced accounting or in a lean/streamlined environment is a plus
