- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters

- Manage the entire recruitment process
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience on managing teams
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers
- Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
