Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience on managing teams
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers
Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
