About the role
- Develop manuals and guides for IT software, workflows, and systems—ensuring content supports users and IT staff
- Work directly with IT teams and subject-matter experts to ensure documentation reflects current technologies
- Write and post IT job descriptions on specialized platforms
- Screen and interview candidates for software, network, and tech support roles
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding for IT hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience developing technical documentation for IT or software products preferred
- 2+ years’ experience recruiting IT professionals preferred
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts
- Outstanding written communication
- Proficiency with documentation and recruiting tools (Confluence, ATS, GitHub, JIRA)
