About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first contact for patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks in addition to patient care
  • Document patient symptoms in the EMR

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successful completion of an MA school/training program, or be a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, or have 5+ years of experience with Provider approval
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Medication/vaccine administration experience
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to complete tuberculosis screening
  • Certified or Registered preferred
  • Value Based Care experience preferred, including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
