About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the design, support, execution, and improvement of Tandem Care operations
  • Monitor progress and performance against program objectives
  • Design and execute analytics for budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement, and integrations
  • Own the program dashboard and executive-level performance reporting
  • Design technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians in partnership with PCO product teams
  • Establish collaborative relationships with clinical, technology, data analytics, and Complex Care leaders
  • Support program and project implementation and facilitate adoption of new strategies and tactics
  • Manage ad hoc special projects for the National Behavioral Health Director
  • Support the operational needs of clinical leadership
  • Drive work autonomously while managing multiple processes end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as health care administration, business administration, or social work
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
  • Experience in health-related products, IT, and analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health
  • 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and product development teams
  • Experience developing performance dashboards, including defining metrics, implementing dashboards with analytics and technology teams, performing metric quality checks, and defining product feature specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and analytic models
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in tracking and evaluating process/system outcomes
  • Experience with rapid-cycle process improvement and defining and measuring KPIs
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Understanding of quality and value drivers in full-risk care delivery, ideally in Medicare/senior care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders across a complex healthcare organization
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to independently manage projects and maintain completion timelines
  • Computer skills in word processing, database management, spreadsheets, and report writing
  • Preferred: behavioral health care or value-based care experience; Collaborative Care experience is ideal
  • Preferred: exposure to EMR platforms such as Athena
  • Preferred: master’s degree in a related field
  • Reside in the Villages, FL metro area is preferred, not required
  • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid employees
