About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provide comprehensive virtual primary care and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- support achievement of quality, Stars, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and value-based care outcomes
- maintain high patient satisfaction and engagement
- ensure accurate, compliant documentation
- lead a multi-state team of APPs
- promote accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
- conduct performance reviews and development planning
- manage provider scheduling, PTO, and coverage planning
- promote evidence-based care, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance
- contribute to the evolution of CenterWell Medical Group's virtual care model
Requirements
What you’ll need- a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- an active, unrestricted NP license in 2-3 or more of the following states: FL, TX, AZ, GA, LA, NC, SC, MS, VA prior to the start of employment, with an ability to obtain additional state licensure if needed
- a national board certification
- a DEA registration and prescriptive authority
- 5 or more years of clinical experience
- 2 or more years of provider leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
