Monitoring branch operations specific to market assigned
Ensuring financial, clinical operations and quality, service and sales initiatives adhere to government regulations
Developing strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets
Managing patient satisfaction data
Working closely with AVPO along with various cross functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business or related field required
3 years in Branch Director role generally required
8 or more years of experience with multi-site healthcare operations preferred
Experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems
