aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in operations and service
advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Current Nurse Licensure within the State
8 or more years of technical experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
Microsoft Office proficiency — able to write queries, create forms, reports presentations, and documents in Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
